God help us all. We're so fucked.

A Washington Post/ABC News poll of registered voters finds Hillary Clinton leading all potential Republican presidential contenders by double digits.

The virtual matchups broke down as follows:

Hillary Clinton (55%) vs. Mitt Romney (40%)

Hillary Clinton (54%) vs. Rand Paul (41%)

Hillary Clinton (54%) vs. Jeb Bush (41%)

Hillary Clinton (53%) vs. Chris Christie (40%)

Hillary Clinton (56%) vs. Mike Huckabee (39%)

The poll also found that Bush’s father and brother being former presidents is a net negative of 25 points for Jeb.

Romney’s past presidential run is a net 14-point negative.

By contrast, Clinton’s bid as the nation’s first female presidential candidate was a 13-point net positive.

The poll was conducted with 843 registered voters Jan. 12-15, 2015, and has a 4-point margin of error.

I know it's early, but look at her opponents.

Not exactly the '27 Yankees.

It's early.

It's the economy stupid.

The economy never mattered much to you. You spent five years doomin' and gloomin' us and trying your best to convince us there was no recovery. Remember how you were eventually reduced to blamin' the skyrocketing price of cinnamon in Sri Lanka on President Obama?

Good times.

Anyway, the neurotic Jew wants to have an angst-party about Hillary. Let him have his handwringing. Oy Vey!

As in 2010 and 2014, events can still occur economically or geopolitically that make the alternative more attractive, but it is once again going to be hard to get past the joy of the-first woman thrill that Obama enjoyed in 2008.

To the majority of voters, no issue will matter, only her sex.

Almost meaningless. I doubt she will even be the Democratic nominee. In political terms 2016 is an eternity away, and many things can, and will, happen between now and then.

What about all her accomplishments as US Senator and Secretary of State?

I again submit that no charge will stick to her, either corruption or incompetence, because of the Historical Election that will show the world what an evolution we have undergone...

I should have put a :D at the end of my post.

She was the front-runner in aught seven at this time.

Just sayin' . . . .

No, I'll say the rest of it. Quit fucking bemoaning what hasn't happened yet.

While you're at it, make a poll about something important, like huge tits or something.

But it won't stop you from continually ginning up new charges. All you need is one....just one!....to stick.

He's right.

It ain't over until the fat lady has sung...

Both parties still think the Democrats won the recent election.

The GOP acts like the faggot who woke up in bed with a woman.

Keep in mind all the pollsters wanna work for Hillary 2016 and they wont if they bear bad news.

Up until 2008 I had an amazing record of being able to predict who would be the presidential nominee of the two major parties, and who would win in the general election. In 2007 and early 2008 I was sure Hillary Clinton would be the Democratic nominee, and John McCain would be the Republican nominee. Felt sure Hillary would win the election. Would have bet my house on it. I still find it a little hard to believe I was wrong about that, but damned if I wasn't. Presidential politics have become very unpredictable lately, it seems to me.

I gotta admit I felt the same way too. In retrospect, I think it was some superior messaging from the Clinton camp from 2004-2007 that convinced America that Hillary was the presumptive nominee.

Her actual campaign faltered, it was very lackluster. I was active in local Democratic party organizations then, and then-Senator Obama's team REALLY had their feces consolidated, organization-wise and message-wise. They blew the doors off of the sclerotic going-through-the-motions Dem leadership.
