I am not per say - but as in all things it is not black and white - I believef in maybe tighter regulation and a limit to the size ie semi automatics etc - If it were possible to do so

If it shoots a potentially lethal projectile, then you can count it. I doubt that a child's dart gun could kill anyone, so that wouldn't count.

And even though a squirt gun could be deadly if filled with poisonous liquid, that doesn't count either.
