I can see a LW story that would send the trolls into a frenzy.
Not long after the photos, the politician, John, approaches his friend Ted, again. "You need to take Katie to a fund raiser? You gotta be kidding, man, she's my wife."
John shakes his head. "Nope. If I can do well at this event, it could cement my entire campaign. I need her."
Ted runs his hand down his face. "Dude, I know I owe you, but this is a little over the top."
John looks at him, imploringly. "C'mon, man. I'll take her out to dinner, get her a dress, and then home right after the event."
Ted, sighs and relents, "Okay, but you gotta ask her yourself."
A moment later, Katie turns a corner, having heard the entire conversation. "What kind of dress?" she asks with a wry grin.
