There were a few bits of truth in that article but like usual, it was clearly slanted by the authors political bias or motivation. It can be frustrating living in this country when you see political programs which tend to paint a rather one sided portrayal of racial hatred and crimes. A month or so ago they did an undercover expose where a reporter went into Mosques and recorded the so called 'sermons of hate' which the mosques were denying weren't happening. This recieved zero topical debate or news coverage. It does come across as a bit of a double edged sword though I feel for the Government. On the one hand, we're involved in a 'war of terror' trying to spread democracy to countries whose strong religious beliefs dont abide by this. It does sometimes feel that with one hand the government does its best to villify non little englanders and blame the ills of the country on immigration ie. falling health care, falling education etc. but in the other hand passes legislation that means anyone who dares criticises what they say is happening is accused of being racist.

A balance does need to be reached somewhere, and I think a starting point should be what that article didn't state was that everyone who has been murdered was british living in britain. thats what makes our country great.
