It's a quaint little river town. Thank god for Ohio's influence. Sadly the only thing it will be remebered for is the Silver Bridge collapsing under the strain of christmas traffic.

There is an abandoned TNT plant near Point Pleasant, WV.
“What a blast!”

Point Pleasant is also a luxury hotel in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, known for its great views.
“Pass me another virgin, garcon.”

The television series? I've never seen it, but any story than depends upon a main character having amnesia is going to leave me a trifle unimpressed.


Point Pleasant has been cancelled in the states, but the producers plan to continue the series if FOX agrees to continue selling the episodes
