Im not a constitutional scholar, and I bow to the legal expertise of those appointed to the Supreme Court

There wasn't a legal mind in the country who believed the decision would go the way it did. I question its validity as a legal decision, as do an army of others, not that it isn't the law of the land as we speak.

I thought maybe there was some provision in the Constitution unknown to me that allows us to ignore majority opinions of the Court interpreting the the Constitution.
