[The Jeffinator]

I just wrote this poem for a friend of mine, and I was wondering what everyone thought. I would love to be with her, but I think she likes me more as a friend. Plus her life has been really hard lately. Anyway, here's my way-too-mushy poem, lol.

Times have been tough,
Life has been rough,
It's very sad,
And you know you've had,
Just about enough.

It seems like nothing ever gets better,
And you're about to go insane,
And everyone around you,
They do nothing but complain.
They look to you to serve them well,
Like you're some kind of peasant,
And then they have the nerve to say,
That you are most unpleasant.

Well listen here,
My beloved dear,
For this is not your doom.
You're a precious flower,
That is no coward,
And to me you're the Sun and the Moon.

You're the smartest person I have ever known,
You are wise beyond your years,
And you're so strong, so great my dear,
So brave through all the tears.
I love you more than life itself,
More than any other could,
But I will always stay within my boundries,
Just like any good friend should.
But know that I am always here,
Always here my dear,
And whenever you're near,
My way you can steer,
On my shoulder you can shed your tears.

You're in my heart, my mind and soul,
Together we are one,
Whether friends who adore,
Or something more,
You'll always be my Sun.

This poem probably wouldn't interest a general audience, but in this case that shouldn't matter since it's a personal poem meant for just one person. I'm sure she'll appreciate it.
