And I'm debating on who to exclude. I'm thinking about being very exclusive. Like, this is The Hamptons of cliques. Don't come in here wearing your dirty sneakers expecting to get in.

I keep seeing all of this passive aggressive talk about cliques on this site. And it sounds awesome.

But what makes a good clique? I tend to think that the high level of exclusivity and the members within are what make it awesome. I've already got one member other than me who is class. I'm just looking for a few good men and women to help me exclude the rest of Lit.

Don't worry, though. Just because we are in a clique, doesn't mean we won't whine and bitch about other cliques. I think that's the heart of what makes a clique strong.

In a seemingly unrelated note, I've added a poll as a spin-off of a discussion last night. I described myself as gentle and someone said I was blunt and obnoxious. The nerve of that cunt. When I called her on it, she suggested I start a poll. Not wanting to draw attention to myself, I figured I would hide it in here.

I have kept the responses private, so no one can see how you really feel about me. So, answer honestly. Feel free to tell me your thoughts though. I've put 4 positive and 4 negative. As well, one indifferent. You may select more than one answer.

Maybe thats how YOUR clique is formed. Maybe that's why everyone bitches about those cliques. If you properly formed and vetted your clique, people wouldn't post, "The thing I dislike about this place is the cliques." They'll be saying, "That clique is fucking awesome and I wanna be a part."

And maybe my clique will do charity work. Like plant flowers for large breasted widows.

A fellow appreciator is welcomed. This isn't just girls. This is a real clique. I want to be diverse. I want to break that glass ceiling. For so long, cliques have been predominantly female controlled. I want to break that ceiling for the men.

There is no multi-cliquing around. Why would you want to be in any other clique?

No swag received. You'll just be dressing in executive casual or, if we are doing something less formal, Connecticut Casual. Basically anything you'd feel comfortable with at a garden party.
