PM problem

I've moved all the PM's I've received from the list where they usually appear into folders (where it says 'create a folder' or something like that). Therefore, my PM 'Inbox' is empty. However, I'm still getting e-mails saying:

'...has just tried to send you a private message. However, your private messages box on Literotica Discussion Board has reached the specified quota. In order to receive further private messages, you must delete some messages.' Since I've organized the messages into PM folders, why would I need to delete everything? That defeats the whole purpose of the folders.

Im pretty sure you can only have so many PM's, no matter where you have them(just because you make another folder doesn't mean you have more room).

You also have to remember to empty the "sent messages" folder.

You are limited to 100 PMs in ALL folders -- the only one that doesn't count against the total is the message tracking function -- the PMs listed there count against the recipients total.

I you want to save more than 100 PMs, save them to disk as HTML files and delete the online copy.

First thing we need to do is take care of your sweet friend's PM problem. Also, I believe some gentle prodding might be helpful to steer him in the direction of Irish's Bar. I have a feeling he'll find many a friend...maybe baby steps...maybe a sweet little nudge...

Owlz,

When you open your PM section, there is a box near the top on the left hand side. It will take you back to the very beginning of the PM's you've ever sent. Make sure you delete them or save them on disc like Weird Harold suggested.

This is also the case when you open your Sent Messages as well. Go back to the very beginning and from there you will be able to delete in order to make room for more.

I have a feeling that is your problem. Try that and let us know how it works.

How do I save them to disk? I should tell you that I'm on a Mac.

Turkish coffee is *SUPRE-STRONG* coffee served in a cup similar to an espresso cup, with various spices and such in it...tastes *out-of-this-world YUMMY*
