Plot Bunny from a Movie

I was watching a rerun of Linda Carters Wonder Woman today and part of the plot had her at a Sci Fi convention where there were several woman wearing colorful Toga like robes, and guys in black. THe woman were called Runners and the guys were sandmen.

Sandmen chased runners and killed them. I find this idea strangly exciting, and thought it could make a good story. Thinking this was a precursor or something similiar to Gorean (sp?) stuff, I found out they were characters from the movie Logans Run (I've never seen it, thinking it was a car race movie). I think theres lots of potential there for sexy stories.

You are missing out honestly, Logan's Run is a really good movie. Definitely dated now but still the basic idea has plenty of sex spots.

Just for the rest of the younguns, Logan's Run is a movie about a sandman. See a sandman in the movie is a cop, except rather like Dredd they are judge, jury, and executioner as well. Logan is sent on a mission to find a place outside of the city they all live in where there is free thinking. He runs with a woman he meets and sort of falls for.

Which is rather boring but the basis of the story, the background makes it a good movie. In the movie we all live in a big city and die at thirty. Nobody has to work since robots do everything except there is a person who operates the machine. Until thirty you can do what you want so long as it is what everyone else wants, so in some respects you can't write about this setting, screwing at 14 is common.

The movie is really a commentary on society, or rather society of the 70's, not that now is exactly better. Hmm, now isn't even all that different.

a scene in Logan's Run envisions sex in their society. It is kind of like camming, except with a teleporter. You enter the chamber and horny people press "next" and you appear in someone's room. If they like you, you boink. If not, they hit next.

Further, they have sex in a multi level glass walled hotel. Periodically one couple is illuminated for the other couples to watch.

Logan's Run is a vastly under rated movie (They did a series as well, didn't they?) and as the poster above mentioned had some interesting sexual bunnies there.

Someone in the GB had a thread about Wonder Woman yesterday and a poster put up a pic of Linda topless from back in her heyday.....Damn.

I went to a comic con recently and with the popularity of cos play and the raciness of comics in general these days....they are getting close to inappropriate for young kids.

Honestly those conventions are not exactly safe for women. Kids definitely shouldn't be allowed, or brought to allowed or not. I mean holy cow, and I thought trekkies were questionable people.

I forgot about the hotel, bah I should watch the movie again.
