It happens to every one of us. We want to write, but can't seem to come up with a good idea. That's part of the reason why I like to spend time in the AH; some of my best stories resulted from an idea which blossomed amid a conversation with fellow AHers, or merely from reading some of the threads. Inspiration is a fickle fairy; you never know when she'll alight.
With that in mind, I figured a thread dedicated to sharing story ideas wouldn't be a bad thing. This thread is open to anyone, and while I'm certain it will stray off topic now and then, I hope it will continue to be a place where plot bunnies can be given to new homes.
With that said . . . .
Plot Bunny #1: Category: Erotic Horror. Idea: A serial killer stalks the beaches of (Miami/Las Angeles/The Bahamas, wherever), seducing eager young women on vacation before strangling them with their own bikinis. Maybe one of the victims doesn't die, and comes back for revenge. Or perhaps the police send in one of their own, undercover, to lure the killer.
Plot Bunny #2: Category: Group Sex/Incest. Idea: Twin sisters hatch a plan to trick the more outgoing twin's boyfriend into being the more withdrawn twin's first lover. Doesn't have to be incest, but the idea of having sex with identical twins is damn hot.
Plot Bunny #3: Category: Mind Control. Idea: Socially inept man finds/is given a magic talisman (ring, necklace, whatever) that allows him to completely control one person's desires and actions at a time. He cannot cause his victims any physical harm, but they will otherwise do whatever he wants. The hitch is that the talisman has a limited number of uses, which the main character only discovers when he's used the last charge.
