I got into a discussion with someone who thought that getting tips from a "world renowned" lover would be as informative as asking a woman what she likes.
First off, I've never met anyone who I would consider an expert on getting women off. Secondly, I don't really trust anyone who says that they are.
Plus, someone can think they're really good in bed; but their woman could be faking it the entire time.
I will concede that a lot of women don't know what they like, so discussing it with her could be very frustrating.

What really bothered me is that he automatically assumed this would be a man. I disagreed.
I admit that just because you're a lesbian doesn't mean you're good in bed. Although, I think an equally experienced lesbian would probably be better at getting another woman off than a man. He thought that was just a stereotype.

I know this was a stupid discussion but I'd like to hear from women who've had sex with men and women.


As a side note...
Personally, I believe the best way to pleasure a woman is to watch her pleasure herself and then follow her lead.
It's all about good communication. I think being able to follow instructions is the best indicator that someone is going to be a good lover. This is regardless of gender.

I have this conversation frequently...and for some reason it gets me steamed every time. WHY would anyone think one gender would be better than the other in the 'sex' department (same or opposite sex)??? OMG - it is about communication, as you said.

Ya know, if there were such thing as a 'world renowned/expert' lover, I would give them some water from the mirage over there. Well, that or pay them their $10 and tell them "thanks, but no thanks". Geez.

I have been with both men and women...more than once. (Nah, none of you owe me $10. haha) Without speaking & giving directions, they were equally good orally. Manually, well, they may not have been 50/50 but male or female they were fine too. Add noises and communication to the mix and the only people who sucked were assholes who didn't give a shit in the first place - male or female. Yeah, I dated a jerk or two - male or female.

It just doesn't make a difference!!! Anybody who wants to fake it or just lie there is only shorting themselves. So be it.

(I will apologize on this thread as I have on others tonight. I am recuperating from recent surgery and am very crabby. Sorry, guess it's my day for bitchy rants.)
