Please review my poem

Um, one can't really "review" a poem and also "go easy." If you want honest feedback, that feedback might be bad (I have not read your poem, so I have no opinion of it at this point).

It's OK to ask people to only say nice, or at least neutral, things about your poem. It can be stressful posting something and worrying about what others will say about it.

But I'd also ask that you think about what your request. You obviously want someone to comment on your poem. Do you not want them to be honest about their reaction to it? Yes, they might be critical. Is it better that they don't talk about what they think is wrong with it and instead tell you it's great, even if they don't think that?

Also. You are asking for feedback on your poem. Maybe you should comment on some other people's poems as well? That actually helps you, as well as helping your fellow poets.

Perhaps you have and I've not noticed. If you haven't, you should probably think about it.
