I'm looking for a story based around the premise of being sacrificed.

its about a female archaeologist student whose professor asks with of his students wants to go on a trip to (I think) either the mayan city or an Incan city. Her friend next to her says dont go, as the last student that went last time was not heard or seen of since.

she goes anyway, and has a vivid dream of having sex with some of the women from the tribe. She then has a dream where she is placed in a chair and has sex with the professor, as she nears her orgasm, the sun rises. He then produces a gold knife, and sacrifices her as her orgasm takes hold.

she wakes from her dream, only to be lead the next day to a temple, and the dream becomes reality

I remember the narrative from her being "how could I refuse" or to that effect.

I've tried searching sun god, sacrifice, dagger, but to no avail. if anyone recognises this, please help

I have never seen that story here, but it shares some similarities with Pat Murphy's _The Falling Woman_.
