I read a story on literotica while ago, and I cannot recall story's name or author's name.
Your kind help is much appreciated to find this story.
Details I remember follows;
It might be on Romance, Loving wives, Erotic Couplings or Novels and Novellas.
It starts with a grandpa telling story to his grand daughter to help her with her project. He tell a story how he went to World War 2 as a pilot. And how he was once shot down while on a mission above occupied France and how he was rescued and nursed back to health by young French women. And how she helped to escape back to England.
Near the end of the story he left his native Australia to France and find her alive and they reconvene, but sadly they don't have much time because of her illness.
