I read this story some many moons back, I can't remember the title or author at all, nor the category it was under, or if it was even complete, but I'll try to sum up the story as best I can.
Main character is a married man, living with wife and teenage daughter. He buys a new house and installs a hidden security system, notably in the backyard pool's changing room. He spies on his neighbors, and discovers the kinky shennanigans they get up to, incestual threesome or something like that. There's not too much sex scenes, one with his wife where he thinks his daughter is spying on them, and one with his wife's best friend, whom he's had a thing for through the course of the whole story. I can't remember many other details... In no particular order: he meet's his neighbors' wife and daughter, and is invited to their party. His daughter has an attractive friend who he lusts for, and he spies on the various women who use the changing room by his pool.
