Please Help Find This Story!!!

Hello all I am new to the site. I wasn’t aware of bookmarks or saving stories when I read the one I am trying to find. I know it was in the Incest/Taboo category and the story line was of a young man living with and raised by his aunt when a new neighbor moves in and they spark a relationship. The neighbor I believe ends up being his biological mother who abandoned him at a young age. The aunt and mom in the story are both nurses and end up becoming pregnant at the same time by the young man after fighting over him and finally come to the agreement of sharing with each other. The story was quite long I believe to be 6 pages or more. Any information or help as to the whereabouts of this story is greatly appreciated! Thank you all
