Please help an aspireing Lit Aurthor with a answer to his question

I have a small question, I have a set of five chapters to a story that is unfinished yet. At current, they are none sexual, however they will be sexual in nature for later chapters so first off I am wondering will I immediotly be placed in the non-sexual catagory and if so, what would happen when I sent in a sexual chapter? Would it be matched up with the others and then they would move to a sexual catagory? One more thing, they are based on an Anime that is quite popular how does Lit feel about that kind of thing that might, even though it is completely different from the actual Anime, infringe on copyright laws? Personally I don't think it breaks any law but I would just like to know before I start to post them.

How long are the five chapters?

Could they and the later 'sexual' chapters be posted as an entity?

Copyright - complicated but see fanfic stories already posted. Are the characters themselves copyrighted? If it is a popular anime they might be but that hasn't stopped other authors e.g. Harry Potter stories.

If you are intending to post on Literotica it might be preferable to introduce some sexual action earlier in the story and cover some of the first five chapters in flashbacks.

I've published a serial novella here with the different chapters in different categories. It doesn't seem to be a problem. I try to make sure that each installment will stand on its own as well, though.

Makes sense, I am thinking about adding some sex scenes in the first few chapters but I think it might damage the story line that I have going. Each of the chapters does well on its own but it is better as a whole by far, I think I will just post them and see what happens. I know the Copyright laws will not be infringed upon with these stories I have changed them enough. I was just kind of curious as to what Lit might do. The only reason why I want to post these here is because I love this sight so much and I would love to get some feedback from those that I have met here on the forums. Thanks for the info guys, you gave me the guts to do it.
