Planning on getting a flu shot?

My shot is next Tuesday. I'm not allergic against chicken. So, what's the point of this threat?
Are people still to stupid to understand vaccines? Wait until your tetanus shot is expired and try it.
Cramps so severe that your muscles break your back is not a pleasant death. But better than vaccination, right?
Idiots.

I don't remember the last time I got any shots. Would've been when I was a small kid.

I very rarely get sick. I had a nasty cold a few years ago that was most likely Covid, but got over it quickly.

Ah, yes, vaccines are really really dangerous. I've heard that some right wing wanker died of lead poisoning after receiving a shot.
One would expect the number of flu deaths among the elderly to dramatically decrease with a substantial increase in flu vaccine vaccinations, wouldn't one? :)

No, I wouldn't. Not in a sense you do. I know how vaccines work, you, apparently, have no clue.
The Vaccine Efficacy measures how well a vaccine works under ideal, controlled conditions, typically in a clinical trial. It compares the number of people who get the disease in a vaccinated group versus a placebo group.
The Vaccine Effectiveness measures how well a vaccine works in the real world, among a much larger and more diverse population. It takes into account factors not present in a clinical trial, such as variations in storage, transport, and individual health.
No vaccine has a 100% efficiency. Every year there are ten thousands of deaths by flu. The bikers would be higher without. This is a fact. I know you will deny it. I know I don't care what you know, don't know, accept, deny, belief or despise. I write that for people really interested in the subject and not only on their own ridiculous beliefs.

Maybe you need to get out more.
