Has anyone ever done a story about a futuristic scenario where Astronauts or time travelers meet up with a planet of the apes? Or does that violate Lit rules? What if the apes were super-intelligent, and of course very dominant?
Maybe the male apes have a preference for large human women and use the men and smaller women primarily for slaves or servants. The female apes prefer human men over their male apes.

I don't know of any PotA type stories on Lit, but that doesn't mean there aren't any.

I don't think it would violate Lit's rules, either. Bestiality with real animals, that can't "consent" to sex, is prohibited. But magical beasts or talking animals, with will and volition, are allowed. So you should be okay exploring the topic. Go for it!

"Planet of the Horny Apes" has a nice ring to it.

The thread title drove my mind to Planet Of The Grapes, a world of vineyards and bacchanalian excess. Then I read the OP and I agree that talking fantasy animals are OK sex objects on LIT. But don't rely on telepathy -- *thinking* that a mute critter is communicating with you mentally is just just insane. Don't fall for that rang-tang's deep, soulful eyes and long, talented fingers.

I worried about bestial sex in my Bride of Kong series, set in a world where both KING KONG and JURASSIC PARK are documentaries, so I rendered the ape-ish critters as gene-spliced talking human-ape hybrids with good vocabularies. Just playing it safe.

PotA, revised: An Earthly guy, our iconic Mad Scientist Bob, builds a universe-hopping machine that takes him to an alt.Earth (call it Athera) where rang-tangs, not humanoids, developed language and civilization. Apes are civilized, humans are mute beasts, and bestiality is banned. Still, pervo rang-tang Lords and Ladies of Athera secretly enjoy taboo sex with dumb humans. As a talking human, does Bob become a popular sex toy? Was his a one-way journey, or can he return to Earth to bring back more talking hairless monkeys like himself to entertain Atherans? For payment? Follow the money...

Interestingly, if you go back to the first PotA movie from 1968 (not the book; I read it years ago but really don't remember many details other than the surprise ending) the apes are intelligent, and the humans are "beasts." So, in the universe of that particular movie, having sex with the humans would be disallowed on Lit. Only Chuck Heston, being a speaking human, would be Lit-safe. Something to keep in mind if anyone chooses to write up this idea.

The rules here can get pretty confusing. I don't know how Lit would view non-intelligent humans. Probably submitting it would catch them by surprise, however.

In the King Kong movies, it's pretty obvious that Kong has the hots for whatever actress falls into his clutches. But what can he do about it besides fondling her with his finger? Well, apes do masturbate, don't they? Don't ask me how Lit would handle that, because I don't know.

P.S.: How much semen would an ape that size put out?

The more I ponder this story theme, it's taking me out of my comfort zone. Maybe that could be a good thing, dunno. It seems with the power that intelligent apes possess, it may be heavy on the non-consent theme. I've done some stories heavy in that category in the past, but rules have become more strict.

That's why I joined a couple of other sites with less strict rules; one of them is much less strict. I'm staying on Literotica too, but I want to have some flexibility.

I've been on SOL for years, but Lit is still my favorite. I haven't often crossed those lines, but non-consent or reluctance has been a favorite topic of mine over the years. When it's involved an age that's not approved, it's been simple to adjust up usually.

I have adjusted ages upwards, but sometimes I just go to that, ahem, other site you mentioned and do it as I see fit. There's a third site where the age limit is midway between that one and this one, and I go there too.

-- Check out the Short Story "After Kong Fell" by Phillip Jose Farmer. Its conceit is that the events of King Kong actually happened but that the movie was a reenactment of the real story. Anyway, among the details deopped Jack Driscoll calls off his engagement to Ann when he finds out she's not so pure. Farmer did the math. If Kong was thirty feet tall, his penis would have been about eighteen or so inches long. (ordinarily, gorillas have tiny penises no more than a couple of inches at most.) So Kong was quite capable of getting his rocks off with tiny Ann. That wouldn't fly on Lit.com but mainstream science fiction? SURE!

I don't know how Lit would deal with this. I think its bestiality rule is not clear, and doesn't entirely make sense.

I see the rule as "no human sex with non-speaking Terrestrial non-humans". I'd avoid having beasts communicate with people via sign language or telepathy -- too ambiguous. But sex with Mr Ed or Francis the Mule would be OK, if painful.

Maybe apes find that even the speaking humans are grotesque and have a POA law governing sex with humans called humanality. But the Apes find that the Chuck Heston's and Linda Harrison's among us are just too tempting. Instead of calling it going ape, they call it going human.
This story is already setting up to be a nightmare getting it past the censors.

Kong strips Ann

I read alot of stories on lit,so if someone did decide to write a story about planet of the apes,i would read it, then we could all decide if it was any good

Kong is thinking, "I've got her where I want her, but I can't do anything about it. Damn, I guess it's back to Rosy Palms again." Two bad; was there ever a "Lady Kong," a female ape for him? I don't think so.

A plot hole, didn't notice this until the 2005 version. How do they get Kong from the ship, presumably docked in the Hudson River, to the theater near Times Square without anybody noticing it? Sure, they could build a big box, but then they'd have to close a major cross street (at night) to get it across town. You could bribe officials, but wouldn't there be nosy reporters everywhere? Did I miss something?

Dont spoil the romance of a movie with common sense or science
