Pixie Story Dilemma: Should the Dominator Participate or not?

Ok so here's the scenario. My character Pixie and her boss are being blackmailed. It's based in a London graphics company, Pixie is the new receptionist and the manager Neil, once she settled in reveals she has to work a Saturday morning. On the day he tells her this she has a big night planned and he coerces her to make a deal: a blowjob for him to arrange cover for her just this once.Pixie agrees. Just after Neil has come and she is lapping at his softening cock Pixie's (she doesn't realise) enemy in the office Suzie walk in on them (she's been working late). She doesn't say anything but a week to the day she arranges a meeting after hours with Pixie and Neil. If Neil doesn't want his wife to find out and if Pixie doesn't want to loose her job. Once a week, on a Friday, after hours, they have to do as she says and be at her whim. Suzie dominates them and tries to humiliate them, Pixie is everything she thinks she;s against and she hates Neil fro thinking he can exploit every girl who comes into the office and wants to teach them a lesson. So far so good. My question is, is it better that Suzie doesn't participate and remains essentially a voyeur or should she slowly become immersed in the her own desires. A part of her subconsciously is jealous of Pixie (if you've read or contributed to my posts you'll know about the character) but also sexually attracted to her. She wants to humiliate Neil because of what she perceives as his predatory habit exploiting impressionable girls. So I'm thinking if Suzie becomes drawn into her own fantasy does that weaken her stance in creating this scenario in the first place. Would it make for a stronger character and better story if she just manipulates them, makes them act out her every whim and remains the passive observer, would that be a stronger visual and a more erotic idea?
