I have had the opportunity to experiment with piercing my nipples using lidocain (more than once). The initial piercing and injection are painful but once my nipple is numb I get really turned on by the next piercing and I am not distracted by the pain. This allows me to pierce my nipple with two needles and enjoy the piercing and the sight of it without the pain.
For those into piercing am I missing something or do you understand why I enjoy my practice?
Since I do have access to the lidocain do you have any other suggestions for piercings? Please keep in mind that I will not keep the piercings.

are you a body piercer?
or - as someone with access to lidocaine - do you have a job within the medical industry? (nurse, practitioner, other?)

regardless of whether you are in the industry or not, it is incredibly risky behaviour that you are indulging in, even if you are using sterile equipment.
with nipples, we're talking about piercing glandular tissue, and as such there are many more things that can go wrong - especially if you are piercing repeatedly.

not to mention the complete irresponsibility of asking for people to assist you by suggesting other places to self-pierce.
using lidocaine has the benefit of making the experience less painful, but it also has the downside that you won't be aware if you make a mistake (pierce too deeply, hit a nerve, etc.).

and i should mention, that for most people who do repeated piercings, it's the pain and the self-management of pain, that gives the experience it's intensity.

if you are seriously getting into the piercing thing, i suggest you contact some piercers in your area, and see about learning responsible piercing practice, as well as maybe joining a club.
(there are suspension and piercing clubs that do extreme work, and some that are less so.)

To add to what Warrior Queen said-

Lidocain can also cause a nasty allergic reaction that may develop over time.
If you're using lidocain with epinephrine it can make things worse.
Lidocain is not a "play toy." Its a drug designed to be used by doctors for minor surgical procedures. At least injectable lidocain is.

You want it that bad- pick up some solarcain- aloe vera gel with TOPICAL lidocain in it to use.

But by taking the lidocain from work you're voilating a whole slew of ethics. Not a good thing, you know?
