just got mine done yesterday... the pic is in the B,C, or D cup pic thread on this board...

some say it is more pleasure than pain....

MY personal experience is it hurt really bad and then I was so euphoric I was unable to stand up for almost an hour..... almost passed smooth out... and I got both done. It is painful to clean them but after a few hours they cause some really cool stimulation. Would I do it again .....no....I don't like that much pain..... but I really love the looks of them and so does my hubby who is getting his done next weekend.....

nip piercing

the actual piercing didnt hurt too much but mine took a while to heal and i caught it a fewtimes - i foolishly got it done in winter and my nipple was sensititive to it but for all the aggrovation it was worth it - my nip is a lot more sensitive and i love having it played with - i recommend it.

Pierced Nipples

I had mine done about a year and a half ago. I loved it. It didnt hurt, but afterwards it did. I will post a pic of mine. The cleaning part is the part that REALLY hurts. But if you do it in the shower with hot water running on then, its not as bad. But if you do get them, I'll tell you this, you'll LOVE em. Because I always said I would NEVER do that to my nipples, and I just changed my mind one day and did it. ANd I cant imagine being without them, or any of my other piercings either.

Thank you for your input. I really like the way a nipple looks when it is pierced. my wife is thinking about it with a little help from me. I wanted to know what to expect...

I had one of my nipples pierced a while back. I submitted a little writeup of it to bmezine.com, THE place to find other people's experiences with piercing and other body modifications. I thought it wouldn't be painful, but damn it was! However, it was a pleasure I can't ever hope to equal again. I won't go too far down the line on this, as that might not be appropriate here. However I'll say it was a great experience and it was worth it.

You'll hear stories of people who thought it was the most excruciating thing they've ever done and people who thought nothing of it. Everyone's experience with piercing is different. Everyone represents their pain differently. Everyone experiences pain differently. Your mileage WILL vary on this, regardless of who you ask. If you're concerned about pain, find a piercer that uses lidocaine or some other numbing agent (not sure of whether that's ok on nipples, but I can't imagine why not). Even ice can be a numbing agent. I'm not aware of many piercers that do this, but I've only got one piercing.

If I can find the pictures, I'll post one.

They're on a hard disk somewhere around here.

Well, all I can say is that be carefull if you have cats. A friend of mine had her nipple pierced and one day while she was holding her cat, he wanted to get away. Well, one thing led to another and as he was pushing away, his back paw got caught in the loop and he ripped it out. We had a nickname for her nipple for a while after that. We called it niplips.
