I have my lobes done once each, my navel, eyebrow, daith (inner ear thingy), and nipple. Depends on your pain tolerance, but it will only be for a couple of seconds. My eyebrow felt like getting a shot and then for a day or so it kind of felt like a bruise. Of course that was only when I touched it (usually putting my sun glasses on). If you want to do it, I'd say go for it. Don't let the fear of pain stop you. The pain really isn't that bad (I'm sure that you've had bumps and bruises that hurt worse and for a longer time), and it only lasts a second or two.

Of all of mine I'd say that the daith hurt the longest (about three days, and only when I cleaned it), and my nipple hurt the most when the needle was passing through.
