Thoughts and comments and expeirences with pierced nipples?
I'm a guy and thinking about getting mine done. Only problem is my nipples are really really small, not a lot of room for the bar......
Gonna have to almost be the very back of them to work, i'm rather slender, so not a lot of extra skin to grab a hold of.

any hints and such if i decide to do this?

Doesn't take much area to work with for a piercing... You'd be suprised. Just make sure you use a reputible piercer. Not too terribly painful, for me anyway.Kind of a pleasant pain, like a tattoo... I did get mine done this time of year and you will experience a bit more pain than you would during the summer while healing. Every time you get cold, The nipple hardens and youch! But if you are someone who enjoys nipple stimulation, You can't beat it! Good luck!

It really didn't hurt bad to have done, at least on my scale. Definitely can tell when its cold outside though! i think they may have said 6 to 9 months because the area of the body in question, nipples, would probably have contact with a persons mouths. since our mouths have tons of germs, and your nipple has no way of cleansing itself - even when almost fully healed, it still has a greater chance of getting infected if not COMPLETELY healed.
my sister had both hers done a year back, she said it really wan't that painful.

You should have them done. Pierced nipples on a hot guy looks sooo sexxxxy. Just take care of them and don't irritate them until they are healed. Be sensible.

Nice, but don't take 'em out

I had the left one done about 9 years ago, and I have stepped up in size of nipple ring twice. I forget what gauge it is now, but it's enough that the little retaining ball doesn't fall out all the damn time. I also found that I prefer the stainless steel to gold... probably because it's stronger.

I had the right one done back 4 years ago and then took it out for a couple of days after it was there for 3 months. (And the left one, too.) The left one went back in fine but the right one had started to heal. The piercer looked at it and told me it would have to heal up and be repierced. I just haven't gotten around to it.

I love the stimulus, and a clothes pin will fit over the ring nicely with a delightful pinch. Girls love 'em, too... at least the ones I've run into over the last 9 yrs.

Healing time is a funny thing. They will quit seeping blood in a couple of days. They will be healed enough that you can swim in a lake or the ocean in 6-8 weeks. They will be healed enough for lots of play after 4-5 months.

My left one isn't coming out again for any reason that I can contemplate... I wore it into an MRI room with no problem, and I'm not shy of a doctor seeing it anymore... I used to be, which was the original reason I had them out back in 2000. Not again!

I will agree that they can be totally hot on the right person.

I have seen men with nipple rings that have made me turn and gulp several times to retain my lunch.

If you decide to get one or both nipples pierced, make sure that you are prepared for the initial maintenance. Just like tattoos and any other piercings can go horribly wrong when not taken care of in the first little bit, these can too.

And the aftermath is GROSS.

Well what do you consider buff? Please let me know, I'd like to hear your thoughts. I am rather athletically inclined so being in shape is not an issue. As far as being tan, that's not an issue either, I spend a great deal of my free time in the summer outside, hiking, whitewater rafting/kayaking, camping, running etc. I think this counts as being tan and buff (at least it does in my book). Also, if you pull mine out after I get it, prepare yourself for a fight. I don't go up to you and pull out your hair if I think it looks gay, or punch you in the nose if i think I could make it look better, or comment on a smoker which in consider highly offensive, so pull it out at your own risk.

I'm looking for something a little different b/c it reflects on my personality. I have looked at tatoos for a long time but not have found anything I would want to live with for that long. A piercing gives me something I can personalize some, be a little different which reflects me being a little differnt and being my nipple is easily covered up if I don't feel that it is appropriate to share in that company.

I apologize for sounding like such an ass, my other thread on this board has me a bit riled up.

The smaller the nipple - the faster the healing time. Guys have a huge advantage here. Bellybutton piercings are actually the longest in terms of healing time.

How much it hurts is dependent upon how sensitive your nipples are. Mine are very sensitive to begin with and it hurt like a sonuvabitch when I got mine done.

Something that doesn't hurt at all is getting your cock pierced - and it has the advantage of pleasing the ladies as well.

Check out some links on the net and pictures and decide if it is something you really want - and if you don't like it afterwards you can always remove the bar and be done with it.

I said I think about doing that...I wouldnt...lol. Fiesty arent you? And im sure there are other people who think the same thing I do when they see something they dont like. Doesnt mean they would do it though.

To be honest, I dont think any piercings are different anymore. I think they are common place and sorta cliche. I personally like a guy with some muscel definition in his chest...doesnt have to body builder but some tone is very nice.

If this is how you want to express yourself, then go for it. Dont let my opinion stop you. Do what makes you happy! If you want to be pierced then pierce away! there are plenty of women who like it. Its not my thing though...thats all.

My own credentials in this area....Experienced.

My Ex- husband owns a small string of Tatoo and piercing shops.
Non of which I was any part of, BUT, I was the one who was pierced and peaked his interest in the first place.

I have had my clit pierced, the hood pierced, my labia, my navel pierced and both of my nipples pierced. This doesn't count the obvious several piercings in my ears, they were nothing.

My clit was the most painful, my navel the most tender and likely to get pulled out or infected. My nipples being pierced, I had done twice. While I was in the Army and on a field mission, I was ordered to take out the piercings. I had such good luck with them and enjoyed the sensuality and body jewelry so much, I had them re-done last year.

Yes, I'm a female and a little bit of a thrill seeker, but honestly, the nipples being pierced on a man and strung with thin tiny rings is so damn sexy! As much as I love to get, I love to give...a quick flick of the rings, a tweak with my tongue......Oooooooh LA LA!
