pictures too big to post

I tried to post a picture (yeah of you know what) on here but the photos from the digi cam are too large in file size. Anyone know how to reduce the file size?

Do you have a program like paint shop or something similar...that is what I use to reduce the size of pictures.

Using a program like Paint Shop Pro either reduce the resolution or change the format. Changing the resolutiong works the best though.

Reduce to 600x 800 in your digital cam program.
