How the heck do you get a picture to post with your text?

(Keeping it under a width of roughly 480px will make people not be angry at the picture breaking the board, too. Right-click on the picture and look at 'properties' to find out the width, if on a PC.)

you dont get an avatar until you hit 100 posts
