I've managed it,

No no pic, It was a while ago.

I was able to use the rungs on the head board to "walk down" was much more flexible in my younger years, and it didn't take long.

We really did have a guy that could do it but back in those days, especially in school, nobody ever took pics of anything. I did see it though and while you would think the guy laid on his back and curled up into a ball or something, he didn't. He sat on a stool, bent his head forward and pulled. If you're really interested in this stuff, there's an old movie-contest really, called Come Blow Your Own and the whole movie is filled with guys doing it in different positions-some better than others-not that I ever saw it of course
