3. Do you mean signature or the avatar under your title? You can't post an av until you've made 100 posts.
4. Did you read the FAQ Sticky, particularly the part about posting/resizing images? Chances are, the answer to your question is somewhere in that thread. You'll probably need to use an image hosting site to be able to put a pic in your sig.
5. If the pic you want to post is like your profile pic, disregard all of the above except #1.
