Pics/Attachment Lists

Is there a way to view pics posted on Lit via a list instead of going through entire threads searching for them?
I want to save some pics to disk before I turn this computer in for analysis and some threads are just waaaaaaaaaaay too long to pick through.

Any methods/techniques?

No not unless they've been kind and put an index with links to the pics in the front of their threads. Some of my favs have but it's not that common.
