Picking out a Gaff

Ok so I have been dressing successful for many years now, but do not own a gaff. Anything I need to know about before ordering. like one size smaller or anything like that? I hope this isn't a dumb question or anything. I'm just curious before I place my order. Thanks all

I have one gaff. I am 6' 158lbs. bought a medium from crossdresser.com
it is too big and doesn't hold me in. i will be ordering a size small shortly.
