I use Paint to resize things for AVs. If you have it in your Accessories (PC), go to Paint, then Image, then Sketch/Skew. Play around with it and you should eventually find a good size - 150 x 150.

When you're resizing an image, do try to maintain the original aspect ratio of the image. Lets say for example you start off with an image that is 800x600. If you reduce the width component, down to 200, or one forth of its original value, you should also reduce the height component by the same amount, one forth or down to 150.

If you fail to maintain the aspect ratio of the image, you can end up with images which are distorted in one direction or another.
