Thanks for the info on getting a net pic to a post. Does it have to be on the net before you get it into a post? Anyway to just download a pic to the post? Hmmm thinking outloud that probably takes up space.

The picture you link with the IMG tags must be accessible on the web ie it must have a valid URL.

It also must be somewhere a password isn't required to view pictures and it shouldn't be on a site with hotlink protection.

For example, when I check the link you posted to lady_of_the_lake on the how to thread, I get a page with the follwing header:

"You are not authorized to view this page
You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied."

When that link is used with the IMG tags, it shows up as the infamous red X.
