I have had this one kicking around in me for a while and thought I would bring it out and see if anyone else wants to play it out.


~HR at my work has been hounding me to get a physical done for our health insurance plan but I have been avoiding it. I am in good shape and have no real complaints, plus my doctor retired a few months back and finding a new one is such a pain. One day the HR cornered me and had me set up an appointment with one of the approved doctor's office. They were all listed by last name so I just picked one at random that had a time that worked for me. I parked my and walked into the small office and approached the receptionist
"Hi I'm Matt Mckein, and I have an appointment with.......

The man at the desk was in his twenties and handsome. He was pleasant and handed over a clipboard and said "the doctor will be ready for you in a minute, after you finish the questionnaire."
Looking around the office was modern and fashionably designed. This was not going to be some old codger asking you to cough. The magazines were current and diverse. There was an air of cool and sophisticated.
Suddenly the door opened and a beautiful woman dressed in a lovely flowered sun dress strode out and smiled to you as you sat on the tasteful couch. She then looked over at the man behind the desk and said "See ya good looking" and then walked out the door.
This was of unusual but could easily be chalked up to luck than anything else.
As you look down the questions some are a little unusual.
"13. How many sexual partners outside of your marriage have you had? Male? Female? "
"22 Do you have trouble experiencing orgasm? Alone? With male? with female?"
"38 Check this box to agree to a strict doctor patient privacy agreement "
OK a little personal but it's been a while.
"All done?" the man says at the desk and reaches for the clip board as you approach.
"Now that wasn't too bad was it?" he says with a smile.
He ignores your awkward silence and says "the doctor should be ready for you soon."
