Hey everyone! I thought i would just put in my two cents about photography and maybe some of you would find it useful! Mods…please feel free to move this posting if needed.
First off, a big TY to everyone who has posted here in the feedback thread, you're all awesome and brave! We all love to check this daily and see who posted some new erotica, so i thought id lend some tips for taking a better photograph and maybe seeing yourself in a different light. These go for both men and women!
- Higher angles! Never shoot up! Its never flattering, even for the twigs. You want a higher angle because it diminishes some of the extra lbs/chins/nipples/fingers etc! Now, you can shoot up at certain things to make them look bigger…cough cough guys…and gals.
- More light. Duh! The more light you have the better the photo will be, especially if your using a phone. Phones have small sensors and need a lot of light or the photo will look muddy and grainy. Now don't get me wrong, sometimes you want less light to capture a mood but I'm just taking in general terms for this one. Find a window. Window light is almost always soft and diffused and with nice fall off. Also, if you overexpose yourself just a bit, you may like it better. Overexposure hides things like lines, wrinkles and blemishes.
- Framing. Use the rule of thirds for your safe photos…and then brake that rule for more "artsy" photos! Its photography…make it your own.
- No flash!!! Never ever! Unless you're in a studio and have some lights set up. Use the light that is available. You will like the photo better. Trust me.
- Postion your body right. Ladies…throw out a hip and arch your back. This will give you a nice "S" curve and really show off your curves and hide what you don't want to be seen.
- Be aware of your background. Old socks and a messy bed may work for some type of mood your trying to set, but not all the time. This is digital, so take a photo, check, and repeat.
- Post process. Don't go crazy and change everything in the photo but have fun with some apps and filters. Sometimes this gives photos the extra kick it needs. Light handed….nothing heavy!
Thats all i can think of right now. I will add more when i think of them. I just wanted to get this thread started. Feel free to add your own tips and tricks too.
Happy photo-making-taking-fun-having-times!
