So here's my problem.. I have no problem chatting online but when it comes to phone sex or even real time face to face dirty talking I freeze up and can't think if what to say. I wouldn't say I get embarrassed just less confident. Any tips?

Practice. Start with small talk, the weather, what you had for lunch, etc. Slip in an innuendo, a double entrendre and soon you'll have them in the small of your hand (--see an innuendo without trying)

I have much the same problem. I love to be talked dirty to, but find it hard to say dirty things myself.

I suppose it's much like my swearing like a sailor around people I'm very close with, but avoiding swear words all together when I'm with strangers.

I also find that when I try to talk dirty I'm reminded of a bad porno movie. But with encouragement I've gotten better at it. I still can't say certain words and things usually. But I can do it enough for my husband to find it arousing enough to get off.

Try not to put a lot of pressure on yourself. Reading stories can help you with some ideas for dialogue. After you've got some ideas, just start thinking about the kinds of things you'd like to say. After a few rounds of thinking it, start saying it. Start small and before you know it, you'll be a dirty talk pro.

Practice makes perfect, but you also have to be a person who really enjoys talking dirty and hearing dirty. It has to be something that you like and that turns YOU on.
