I rarely make anything up ... simply embellish what I know because life sure as hell has no moral to the story!

Do you embellish, fantasize, or write reality? I mainly take reality, make it a bit more exciting with a theatre instead of a business conference ... a window with people outside, rather than a window with trees and people walking on the street. :) Or sometimes, I just write with different music.

I am not sure any of us can write porn or erotica without an element of experience, nor fantasy. :)

Also for the reader - what is more exciting? Reality-bound stories or complete fantastical stories. :)

How about travel guide brochures? :)

Damn! Well-written, and erotic to boot.

You rock.

You read that? LOL How did you get it!!!

Most of my erotic stories are factual accounts--while they're not necessarily that great (as a story goes), all the sex is/was real. I got into the habit of doing that because my girl wanted me to write her little sexy things and re-capping an experience was the easiest way to go about it.

Is there a dichotomy between what you write and enjoy reading? Reality-bound vs fantasy?

Mine are all fantasy. Some of the details are based on things that I personally enjoy during sex and most of my stories are things I would love to do. But, unfortunately, they're not reality-based.

Okay fine, Spoilsport.

All my stories to date are made up. I haven't been very experienced sexually and my experiences, while fun (esp. for me) are hardly what I feel readers want. I have been with two men and no wwomen. Not a very expansive knowledge of the sexual world.:)

I do love to imagine stories are real, or depictions of what we would like to see brought into reality though.

Now will you get naked?

If experience is required I shouldn't be writing smut. Since I can count on four fingers my sexual partners.

I tend to do both. My short smut and one of my longer pieces are entirely fantasies.

My other long pieces I try hard for the feel of reality.

But those are fantasies as well.

I write fantasy based on reality. (If it can't happen then I'm not going to write about it.) Yes some of the things I've written about have happened to me, and some have happened to toher people. One story was even based on experiments done by a government agency.

I do admit to adding my own personal messages to my stories. (What writer doesn't do this?) Life is what you make of it. Sex or the lack of it, is part of life.

(Yes I'm a horny bastard and I willingly admit it. I'm also perverted according to present government standards. I look foreward to the time when a cure/vaccine for AIDS is discovered. It will make the sexual revolution here in the sixties look like a Sunday School Picnic. I just hope I'm able enough to enjoy it. :D )

Ooop! Missed the reader question.

It doesn't seem to matter to my readers. They seem to like my stuff.

Tease.

You wouldn't do that because you know I'd enjoy it too much.

I know you do - so I tease, or threaten nothing. :D

I just write trash. Smutty, fantasy trash... but still trash.

Is it real garbage or the fantasy kind you pick up once a week? ;)

:D

some of the things I write are loosely based on reality with a healthy shot of fiction. fiction needs reality to be believable; and sometimes, reality needs fiction in order to make it palatable.
