phantasy star anybodie?

Ok lately threads had been going sour, yet like most people in my family, I'm stuborn so I'm giving it another try. Any way I'm thinking of trying to make a phantasy star game even though I only played one but I enjoyed it and I'm trying out the others right now. So I'm asking does anyone want a phantasy star game here?

Interesting Idea Hybird, but there has been little luck on this forum for games that were older like that. Look at the SF thread, sorry that was mean. Actually, I have played a few of the Phantasy Star games, but it has been a looooonnnngg time, and my system for playing it is shot.

I have played PSO (Phantasy Star Online) on the Sega Dreamcast. Would that count?

well I'm going to base it on phantasy star four but I had hear pso had some connection to it so i'm saying sure why not?

Argh, I am just going to have to break down and get the new part to get my Sega up and running. I had so much fun playing some of these console games.

hmmmmm. maybe you got an emu that needs certain things, or you have an computer that can't use emulaters......do you have an mac or an pc?

I have a PC. When I click on it, the comp changes to MS DOS.

.....that may the problem. go to this site zophar.net you should find plenty of emus for dos....or if possible take off the ms dos mode

I downloaded two of the emulators and they both did the same thing

Damn! It MUST be MS-DOS. If you can switch it maybe that will work

Maybe its supposed to be in MS-DOS , it could be that way and I am just doing it wrong from that point.

Now what are the steps to using the emulator. Do I try to open up the game file first? Do I open it with the emulator? I have no idea what to do with it. I redownloaded SF2 and an emulator

I would be interested in a SF thread if one got started, but then again you did mention the lack of sucsess of the previous one.

Perhaps with my involvment news will spread of my presence and all will join!

I had SF2 but i lent it to a "friend" and never saw it again, what a fool i was.

whoa wait If you are talking about the shining force thread I haven't given it up. Khadgar must of forgot about it, and chewie can't recap on it since his sega is broken and he can't seem to get that emulator working
