Dr. Peterson spares no one in this presentation. He actually, methodically, picks everyone apart.

I know this is superficial and a bit of topic but the camera angle switching every few seconds is quite annoying and stupid.

He's brought up several points that has been discussed here before....but haven't watched the whole thing so will leave it there.

I will say that Putin invading was what initiated the conflict and so our response was something that he initiated. There wasn't much else that we would do with NATO countries being on the doorstep and Putin knows that as well as anyone.

Maybe I gave you too much credit for critical thought. He wasn't proposing that as HIS rationale on the subject, merely one of the many, and possibly dubious, reasons for Putin's behavior. His point is that we, the West, have handed that reasoning/excuse to Putin on a silver platter.

His point re. holding "A" and "NOT A" to be simultaneously true is degenerate thinking was NOT lost on me, was it lost on you?

- i think peterson jumped the shark some time ago, but i agree with his take on pronouns as compelled speech… and if he’d said women represent mystery instead of chaos he’d probably still be allowed in the mainstream, the dummy.

- ukraine is to russia kinda like texas is to the usa, taiwan is to china, ireland us to england, quebec is to canada … centuries of cooperation/competition love/hate cant live with her nobody else can have her nonsense

- pretty much everything east of that river in ukraine is arguably and/or will wind up as Russia, for a whole bunch of reasons. I don’t think it really matters.

- putin has helped create the anti american chaos between americans and i dont know why americans keep taking the bait.

- biden should have picked a white man as his vp so he could gracefully resign after being a caretaker pres for 2-4 years… had he picked someone that wasn’t republican hate-bait, he might have been able to get covid and infrastructure tamed, then leave with the thanks of the nation.

- ukraine is a sucker play, a domestic distraction war engineered by putin and bought by biden

- china will own africa before anyone notices

- the usa needs to make south america, cuba included, part of a longitudinal buffer, starting yesterday

Peterson's reference to women equating chaos was used in the context of history/mythology. You are engaging in a "so what you're saying" moment.

Agreed re. Ukraine. Peterson's point is clear, under any honest evaluation no one gives a shit about Ukraine except Russia.

Let's hope so and that that happens without any further escalation.
