The CA Bar, to be specific.

Wonder where they stand on identity theft.

Anyone know?

I would think ID theft pales in comparison to underage boys being encouraged by a male parent to put themselves off as starving young girls on a pr0n board.

It's all fun and games til somebody is convinced they are invincible.

I'm just praying I get threatened with a libel suit. I'd go to court in a fucking heartbeat.

I heard a story on NPR not too long ago about Steven Glass, a journalist who got busted for making up a shitload of sources, attributing info to phony websites, etc, they made the movie "Shattered Glass" about him.

So he ends up going to law school and passes the California bar but has been in litigation with the CA bar association for years to be admitted. Supposedly he's turned his life around and has been working as a clerk for a firm that advocates for homeless people.

A bit different, but it brought the case to mind.
