OOC: Open for one lady. Jump in with an intro, describing your character either in OOC or not.
I have put in a few details about the female character already, simply because there wouldn't be a story without it. I am hoping I left it general enough, however. If you want something changed in your character that I've already included, please PM. :OOC
A handsome man in his mid twenties leaned back in the black leather chair, stretching the athletic arms partially visible under the short-sleeve white shirt. He looked over the private office, running a hand through his short brown hair.
Steve Cox had been working for this firm in various positions since he was in high school. Then through pre-law and law school, and now, finally, as a junior partner. Part of this success was his smarts and hard work, part was his family's connections, and part was luck, which made one of the firm's original partners retire and insist Steve was brought on in his place.
The old partner, as all partners in the firm, had a secretary. Linda. She was a sweet woman - his wife - who stayed on for a few weeks until Steve got the hang of things and felt himself very much at home in the new position. She was not about to stay forever, deciding to retire together with her husband. He was saddened to see her go, but she insisted and he understood. It was not even the personal reasons and wanting to spend time with her husband, she explained. An effective personal assistant, she said, had to be made for the boss, connected and matched on many different levels. And she, well, she already had a man she was such connected with.
So, the position was advertised, with the large salary Linda was making. She helped Steve there as well, weeding out those she considered unfit with her decades of experience. Of those that remained, Steve would have to find one; "the one", and that was a task she could be of no help in. He would just know it when he saw it.
The interviews continued for several days now, on and off, depending on how much other work Steve had on his hands. That day, he saw two promising applicants, but did not like either one much. The promises to call them later would likely never materialize. The door opened after a polite knock and his invitation, letting in a woman. Steve's heart very nearly missed a beat before going a little faster than usual.
She was hot. Well, no. In fact, she was average at best, if measured against the social ethalon of an attractive woman. Yet, in his eyes she was somehow more desirable than any 'TV hottie'. She was not a skeleton of bones and silicone, no, she had what the Hollywood society might judge a 'weight problem', but Steve found to be hot and incredibly attractive forms. His eyes couldn't help but caress her amazing breasts for a moment with their gaze. Must be double 'dees' at least, though he was no great judge of sizes. It sufficed to say, they were amazing and immediately conjured up images of sinking his face into them. What 'hottie' could boast those, unless they were filled to the brim with artificial junk and probably not even capable of functioning properly? But it wasn't this alone, nor the curvy, full hips he craved to grab at as he made love to her, nor the cute friendly face, nor the soft voice, nor manners and small gestures. It was all of those things together, and how they combined into the creature that truly deserved the title "woman".
He knew then two things. First, she would be ideal to assist him; could make him twice as good as he already was. Second, he was going to take advantage. There was simply going to be no way he could stand being around this woman for long and not have her. That could be a disaster if he hired her and then found out his advances were unwelcome. But if she undertood it and agreed... that could be wonderful. He would have to bring it up, do it carefully during the interview, but also in such a way as to not blow it. He had no idea how he'd do that, but he knew he had to.
"Good morning," he smiled. "Please, take a seat. You must be..."
