Dough, your choice; turkey pepperoni, sliced nickle thin and cut in quarters; mozzarella, 1/4 inch cubes: spead dough on a square pan, spread pepperoni on top, spread mozzarella on top, roll up in a bread tube shape, tablespoon over top ex vir olive oil, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, pop in at 375 oven for 45 min.
Pour a glass of red wine, tap finger on table, buzz.
take out of oven, begin to enjoy,
Put ear plugs in, don't want your brains all over the place.
