It really is a confidence thing. One of my favorite quotes regarding sex is that the most powerful sexual organ is the mind. Having said that, I feel somewhat embarrassed to admit that I consider myself "small". Before someone asks, yes, I also have a confidence problem. I have none. Women may not start threads on it but plenty do talk about it. Like someone said if you hang out with enough women for a while you hear it come up.
