Penis Problem

So I've been kicking around online and there's a serious problem with my penis. It's swelled to an unusually large size. There's some kind of fluid coming out of it and now there's a wet spot on my pants. I'll be honest, it's a wicked inconvenience. My pants barely fit now cause of this thing and I JUST washed them today.

Anyway, I posted a question on 'Yahoo Answers' but thought I could find help on here too.
