I have now for the first time in my life had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

I don't get it.

If it's anything but grape, it would be meh.

And the bread, what kind of bread are you using?

Every now and then a pb&j really hits the spot. Though I prefer blackberry or strawberry preserves to grape jelly.

see, jelly sucks. go with a nice jam or a preserve next time.

and fuck grape. i prefer raspberry, boysenberry, blackberry and others like that. the seeds add texture.

Think of it as French toast for Vegans. No butter, no eggs, no maple syrup.
But, it has enough sugar, starch, and fat, and protein to count as dessert.

It was a staple of my lunch every single day from kindergarten through 8th grade, I still love it. The thicker the peanut butter, the better.

Did you cut the crust off the bread and have a glass of cold milk with it?

Marshmallow Fluff acts as 10W- 40, to loosen the peanut butter adhesive from the roof of your mouth.Think of Marshmallow Fluff as Speculous Spread without the flavor.

I prefer an almond croissant served with strawberry preserves.
I was brought up on peanut butter and blueberry presserves.

Wonderbread can be blamed for Marshmallow Fluff.
(I am guessing g that paper-based spitballs and plastic straws can be blamed for Wonderbread.)

You've never had my home-made blueberry preserves. I also make strawberry, and if I harvest enough peaches next June...peach preserves. I also raise peanuts.

I love peanut butter and jelly. Grape jelly or strawberry jam and Skippy creamy on white bread. I practically lived on that when I was a little kid. Or peanut butter and honey sandwiches. I love those too.

i grew up on creamy pb.

these days i prefer crunchy, but every now & then i'll go back to creamy.
i'm sentimental like that. :)

No, I haven't.

The one year I lived in Germany I was at a loss for PB. Okay, let's make it I told my Tante, get the blender out.

Ya, no.
