Perhaps a picture or two will help explain what Indesign can do. I run a catfight forum (and really want to expand my repertoire) and here is a *.doc and *.pdf view. Kinda a before & after...

Listen. I came here looking to help an author that needs design help (as well as further my own education.) To be labeled by someone, without knowing me OR my desires, speaks for itself.
If you can editorialize, so can I.

I think the fact that there is "no compensation involved" might point to the fact that this is someone who is actually trying to do what they say; practice a skill by volunteering a service.

Unfortunately they were naive enough to think they would be met with something other than derision from the all knowing snots on this forum, including the one who spams his own garbage in his signature.

A. This is not a discussant posting to this forum. He's only posted to drum up business. If a regular poster was offering help of this nature, it would be an entirely different issue.

B. Have you looked at the sig lines of the regular posters here--or just mine? A whole bunch of them have images of their work. What I post at least are independent reviews of my erotica. I'm sure when/if you ever have something you've published worth publicizing, we'll hear about it three ways from Sunday.
