To me though a stereotypical serial rapist would be very masculine. Somebody that would transgender effectively enough to be converted to a sex slave, would be very feminine. It doesn't work then?

How about a cute woman who is in a relationship with a man, perhaps married. Either she is evil, or she is slowly corrupted by the man. He gets her into some sort of habitual scam where they trap a woman, his wife/girlfriend in on some sort of plot, and she watches as he forces himself onto her. Over time she loves the humiliation to the unwilling girl, and gets more and more involved in holding down and doing, well, you know, dirty things.

It is then that 10 years down the line, the couple still active in their game, that our evil woman is abducted (perhaps whilst on holiday in a poor third worlld country?) and forced into the sex trade.
