I do quite a bit. And actually, I lied... forgot that that isn't Photoshop I used, it's Paintshop. Pretty much the same thing, just a little more finicky to use and less tools.

If you haven't, you should check out the visual artists' forum. They do a bit of photoshopping (or paintshopping, same thing) over there too.
