Password reset not working

I wanted to try out chat, I couldn't remember my password, so I ask it to send me a reset link. It did, but when I clicked on it, it says, "Error code 404, page not found." "Page Not Found (Error 404)"

"Sorry, This reset-link is not valid. It could have expired."
