Password recovery error 404 page not found

Hi, I am trying to reactivate my old account which dates back quite far. The profile is still up when I look it up through the lit member search so I'm assuming its not purged. However, when I try the password recovery procedure clicking the link sent to me always takes me an error 404, page not found.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this.

This does not seem to be going very well. Common issue ? Does anyone on lit have access to admin tools to fix an issue like this. I am of course willing to share my info in a PM from the admins but I will not be posting my info in an open forum thread.

I can provide the profile and the email address its registered to. I just need a working password reset link instead of a dead end error 404, page not found link.

I'm having a similar problem, and I've logged in within the past few weeks. When I request a password reset, the page goes to the regular login screen. I presume I'd need to reset the password with more than one entry.
